We've noticed that some partners using VPNs or firewalls might experience buffering issues while watching videos. If you can, try turning off your VPN or firewall when watching video content. If that's not possible, no worries! Just hang in there—the videos will load, albeit a bit slowly.
If you're still experiencing issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Map Partnerships Team, through either your forum or our Map Partnerships email (MP@tomtom.com). When you do, it would be incredibly helpful if you could include screenshots and as much detail as possible:
- Mention the name of the course and the specific lesson where you're encountering the problem.
- Detail the issue you're facing, such as the course not loading, course completion not showing, quiz malfunction, and so on.
